If you want to speak English well, you should learn some basic English idioms. Speaking naturally comes with slang as well. But before all that, you should focus on learning proper English grammar and correcting your grammar mistakes.

Often, you have a word, a phrase, or a clause that interrupts the flow of the sentence. Sometimes you use commas around such an interrupter.

Autism can affect the way children learn, and it is commonly accompanied by concurrent difficulties such as dyslexia, dysgraphia, and dyscalculia. Writing can be difficult for children with autism.

When we write, we should vary our sentence structure, not beginning every sentence with the subject, but beginning some sentences with introductory words, phrases, and clauses.
